Buddy.ai Charged Me Again Despite Canceling My One-Time Subscription Early

I purchased a one-time service from the Buddy.ai app and made sure to send a cancellation request via email before the subscription period expired. Despite this, they charged me again, which is completely unacceptable. I never agreed to any kind of renewal, especially not without warning or consent. Even worse, I never received a response to the cancellation email I sent. It’s been months, and I’m still waiting for a reply or refund.

This lack of communication is deeply frustrating. I’ve paid for a service I don’t want and didn’t use, and I feel like I’ve been ignored and taken advantage of. How can a company continue to charge users without authorization and then not respond to inquiries?

I demand an immediate refund of the unauthorized charge and a proper response from the support team. This issue must be resolved urgently. No company should be allowed to ignore customers and silently withdraw money from their accounts.
