Worst Customer Service Experience Ever Due to Bosch Appliance Defects

On July 31, 2023, I purchased a set of appliances from the Yuvakur Bosch Sheikh Shamil store in Konya, which included a cooktop, range hood, and dishwasher. Two days later, A**, the store employee, called and asked if he could leave the oven and dishwasher at my house or if I could pick them up on my way. It was convenient for me, so I agreed. When I received the items, I noticed that the box for the cooktop had been opened and resealed with tape, which raised my suspicions. I told A** not to give me any display items, and he assured me that they were brand new and still in their original packaging. When I opened the cooktop at home, however, I discovered dust marks and stains on it. I tried contacting the store several times but received no response. I returned the cooktop, frustrated. A** insisted it wasn't a display item, but I suspected otherwise. It's been a week, and neither Bosch nor the store has resolved the problem. I'm losing faith in Bosch, and I'm determined to take my complaint to CMER and the Consumer Arbitration Committee. This appliance nightmare must be resolved!
