Bosch Berkay Store Provided Me With A Pre-Owned Washer
I bought a Bosch Washer-Dryer from B***** store on 10/17/2023. Surprisingly, the product delivered was a display item, even though this wasn't communicated to us. Since it was in packaging, we didn't notice. After installation, I discovered a large scratch on the lid. When I contacted the store, they insisted I create a service record and falsely claimed that they sold me a display item, even though the invoice and contract had no such mention. If it were, I'd have gone to a second-hand store and paid accordingly. They haven't resolved this during the time that passed. I'm fully aware they're prolonging the process, expecting me to lose my rights. After this incident, I visited the complaint site, and I saw many similar complaints about this company on sikayetvar.com. com. I urgently await a resolution to this unethical and deceptive sale.

Ms. Rabia responded. However, the after-sales support is zero. She said she did not accept the exchange. I said I wanted to speak to the person who made this decision. She said she couldn't arrange that. She hung up the phone in a manner suggesting "you can do whatever you want, this is how we wanted it to be." You decide whether this behavior is befitting of the Bosch brand. As of today, I have also written my complaint to CIMER. On Monday, I will go to the Consumer Rights Arbitration Committee.
