I bought a Bosch Washer-Dryer from B***** store on 10/17/2023. Surprisingly, the product delivered was a display item, even though this wasn't communicated to us. Since it was in packaging, we didn't notice. After installation, I discovered a large scratch on the lid. When I contacted the store, they insisted I create a service record and falsely claimed that they sold me a display item, even though the invoice and contract had no such mention. If it were, I'd have gone to a second-hand store and paid accordingly. They haven't resolved this during the time that passed. I'm fully aware they're prolonging the process, expecting me to lose my rights.
