Bosch Store Does Not Accept Returns

I reside in Aksaray/Merkez and purchased a Bosch electric vacuum from a dealer on January 27, 2024. Unsatisfied with its suction power, I attempted to return the product on January 29, 2024, with the intention of exchanging it for another Bosch vacuum. However, the dealer refused the return, claiming the product had been opened and used. When expressing our intent to file a complaint, they nonchalantly directed us to "file it wherever you like." Even the Bosch Headquarters, in response to our complaint, shockingly stated that dealers have the right to reject returns. It's quite astonishing that a global company like Bosch would overlook customer satisfaction. Moreover, facing this situation despite the 7-day return policy for purchased items has left me feeling unfairly treated.
