Bosch Made Me Wait 40 Days and Then Refused to Replace My Damaged Washing Machine

On September 2nd, my Bosch washing machine wasn't installed due to damaged delivery. I was informed that it would be replaced with a new machine. Since I have a bedridden patient at home, I accepted a part replacement instead, but the service informed me that the machine would be replaced with a new one. Until October 7th, I heard nothing, so I called customer service, and they agreed that 40 days was far too long and said they would follow up. I was contacted by someone named M**** from Bosch customer service, who said they would speed up the process and acknowledged that I had been wronged. Three days passed, and I wasn’t called back. When I called again, the same person contacted me six hours later and said, "The machine won't be replaced, only the part will." After waiting 40 days, Bosch is making a mockery of me. They claim customer satisfaction is communicated all the way to Germany — well, go ahead and relay this! After 40 days, the part will be replaced. What kind of customer satisfaction is this? This brand should not be preferred. It's the people who open, deliver, and install the product who end up being wronged.
