My Bosch Washing Machine Is Faulty and Bosch Won’t Resolve the Issue

I purchased a Bosch washing machine, but it turned out to be defective. Just two days after delivery, I had to call for service because the machine wasn’t cleaning clothes properly—they came out just as dirty as before. The service team initially claimed there was "no issue," causing me to lose the 14-day return period.

After the return window closed, another service visit confirmed through a test wash that the machine was indeed faulty. Despite this, Bosch’s main office has been unhelpful, continuously delaying a resolution. They keep suggesting sending another technician, but nothing gets fixed. This situation has caused me significant financial and emotional distress. Bosch, I demand an immediate solution and replacement for this defective product.
