We bought a set of three Bosch home appliances, but even though we're happy with the others, we're having ongoing problems with the washing machine. We've only been using it for 2 months. This is true for all new machines. It stopped working completely 10 days ago, and the service said it needs to be replaced. We reached out to customer service, filled out a request for a replacement, and got a message about the replacement a week after. Today, when I called customer service to check on the status, they told me that the product is currently out of stock. They haven't even sent it from the warehouse yet, and it might take around 10 more days. Even though I stressed the importance of the situation, they told me they can't take any action and I have to wait for more instructions. We bought Bosch so we wouldn't have any issues, but now we're really let down and dealing with a lot of problems.
