Failure of Bosch After-Sales Technical Service

Residing in Antalya, Turkey, I encountered a nightmare with my malfunctioning Bosch air conditioner. After initiating a service request, Bosch's authorized service visited on August 14. They diagnosed a broken electrical board but couldn't pinpoint whether the issue was with the indoor or outdoor unit. They promised to order cards for both units and troubleshoot them one by one, charging me for the faulty one. They estimated a week for the card to arrive. Disappointingly, they returned on August 23 with only an outdoor unit card, which didn't resolve the problem. Another week of waiting for the indoor unit card was required. I lodged a complaint with Bosch's Call Center, hoping for urgency. While they assured me of their follow-up, it didn't accelerate a solution. As I endure Antalya's 40°C heat for 15 days, I'm left wondering why a solution isn't in sight. Is the spare part being sourced from China? This experience vividly highlights Bosch's abysmal technical service and customer care. Their after-sales service quality is nonexistent. I won't even consider buying from Bosch again. Let my ordeal serve as a cautionary tale for prospective Bosch customers, urging them to explore alternative brands.
