Pocket Option Deposit Failed After Successful Google Pay Payment

I deposited 1,000 ₹ to Pocket Option on 31 July using Google Pay via UPI. The amount was deducted from my Google Pay/bank account and I have a payment confirmation screenshot, but on the Pocket Option website my deposit appears as “expired” and the money has not been added to my Pocket Option balance. Because of this issue my 1,000 ₹ is stuck even though the payment went through from my side. I am very disappointed that the transaction shows as failed on Pocket Option while Google Pay shows it as successfully completed. I request that my 1,000 ₹, which was deducted in this transaction, be refunded back to my Google Pay account as soon as possible. I am ready to share the transaction screenshots and reference details if needed so this refund can be processed quickly.
