Recover My Season 6 Free Fire Account Linked to Facebook

I am an Android Free Fire player and I am writing because my Garena Free Fire account, which was bound to my Facebook profile, has effectively been lost and is now starting as a completely new account. In 2023, after not playing for a while, I logged back into the same Facebook account that my Free Fire account was linked to. However, when I opened Free Fire, instead of loading my old account, the game started from the very beginning as if it was a brand‑new account. I did not create or request a new account, and I had been using only this Facebook login for my Free Fire account. The account I lost was a Season 6 account to which I had attached a lot of emotional value and on which I had spent a significant amount of money for in‑game items and features. I have since changed my phone and my phone number, but the Facebook account that was originally bound to the game is the same one I tried to use when this problem occurred. I kindly request that my old Free Fire account, which was bound to my Facebook login, be restored with all its items and progress. I ask that you investigate this situation, verify my ownership using your internal records, and help me recover my original Season 6 account, as it is very important to me both emotionally and financially.
