Problematic Setup and Unreliable Support for Bosch Air Conditioners

I purchased a Bosch air conditioner with an active warranty in 2021. The service team arrived, installed it, and then left. I have two air conditioners at home, and I only used the Bosch unit sparingly because the weather was still cool. However, as temperatures in Turkey rose above normal, I began using the Bosch AC for longer periods, and the external unit began making a lot of noise, prompting complaints from neighbors. I requested a service visit only to discover that the outdoor unit had not been properly installed and secured. I explained the situation to customer service representatives and requested a solution. Their reaction was shocking. They claimed that the AC was installed 1.5 years ago by a different service team and that they would now repair it for a fee of 700 TL. This is completely unacceptable! I was confident in the Bosch brand and paid for a high-quality product and installation. The customer should not bear the burden of ensuring proper installation. I've always trusted Bosch appliances and this experience has left me very dissatisfied. I demand that Bosch accept responsibility for the installation and correct it without charging me. I expect better service and accountability from a reputable brand like Bosch as a loyal customer.
