Riot Games Needs to Restore My Missing Valorant Points

I am a Valorant player on Windows PC and I recently encountered a serious issue with the Valorant Points in my Riot Games account. Two days ago, I purchased around 15,000 Valorant Points, which in total is roughly worth 400 ILS. I used these points to buy the new Run It Back Neo Frontier bundle. A few hours later, when I returned to the game, I saw that almost all of my Valorant Points were gone and my balance showed only 393 VP left. I did not make any additional purchases or gift any content that could explain the disappearance of this amount of Valorant Points, and there were no error messages or notifications indicating any problem. This situation makes me think there is a bug or an error on my account that caused my VP to be removed incorrectly. I have already contacted Riot Games support about this issue, but so far I have not received any meaningful response and I feel like I am being ignored, even though the amount involved is significant for me. I am ready to provide screenshots of my current Valorant Points balance and purchase history from the client if needed. I kindly request that my account be checked in detail, that the missing Valorant Points corresponding to my recent purchase and the Run It Back Neo Frontier bundle transaction be reviewed, and that my lost VP or monetary value (approximately 400 ILS) be restored to my account as soon as possible. I also ask to be informed clearly about what caused this issue so that it does not happen again.
