I Paid ₺700 for Bosch AC Repair But the Authorized Service Misdiagnosed the Real Problem
I contacted Bosch customer service when my Bosch air conditioner malfunctioned. They sent an authorized service technician to inspect the issue. However, the technician barely examined the unit and immediately claimed that the problem wasn’t with the AC, but rather an electrical issue. He did absolutely nothing to resolve the problem but still took ₺700 for the visit and left.
Afterwards, I hired an actual electrician, who confirmed that the issue was indeed with the air conditioner itself—not the power supply. So not only did Bosch’s so-called “authorized” service technician misdiagnose the problem, but he also wasted my time and money.
How can a Bosch-certified technician not understand the basics of electrical diagnostics in air conditioning systems? Worse, why is Bosch giving authorization to such unqualified people?
I demand a full refund of the ₺700 I paid for this useless visit and urge Bosch to reconsider who they certify as authorized service providers. This kind of carelessness is unacceptable from a company that claims to be reputable.
