Restore My Litmatch Account After an Unfair Suspension

My Litcmact account was suddenly banned today at around 2 a.m. with a message about a privacy or age violation. On the warning screen it says that my account was blocked for violating the community guidelines and will be restricted until 30 August 2026. I always try to follow the app guidelines and community rules, and I believe this ban is a mistake related to the age/privacy setting. I did not intentionally violate any rules and I only use my account in a normal and responsible way. I was not clearly informed what exact action or content caused this penalty, so I cannot correct anything on my side. I kindly request you to review my account and remove the ban so that I can regain full access to my Litcmact account as soon as possible.
