Bosch Gives Us Service Appointment for Week Later for Broken Washing Machine
I'm a dedicated Bosch customer living in central Antalya, wanted to share my disappointment with the recent service experience I had with our washing machine malfunction, last week, we quickly reached out to the Bosch customer call center to report the problem. Although a service record was generated, we were given an appointment a whole week after. We waited at home all day yesterday, on the designated appointment date, expecting a service technician to arrive. Unfortunately, nobody bothered to show up, give us a call, or send a text to let us know about any changes or delays. This situation left us in a difficult position during the scorching summer heat.
On top of everything, when we reached out to the call center once more to ask about the missed appointment, they insisted that they had come to our place and tried to contact us by phone – which was clearly not the case. Our entire family was at home all day, with our phones easily accessible. This situation seems to be filled with the typical justifications used by service providers who can't be trusted. We should be entitled to something better!
