Delivery of Bosch Appliances Delayed
I bought a washing machine and a refrigerator from the Altin Bosch store about six months ago (this was clearly agreed upon during our conversation), but I still can't get them because they now want an extra 3,750 TL from me! I called Bosch's headquarters and we talked, but there is still no clear solution in sight. What kind of company do you think you are, Bosch? You have no authority or control over the authorized service centers that provide service to your vehicles! And now they're demanding that I pay for storage in August. I'll have to put up with this until I've paid off my debt. It is up to Bosch to take command and put an end to this!
