Bosch KGN86VWE0N Refrigerator Delivered With Defects and Poor Service, Requesting Replacement

On September 1, 2025, I purchased a Bosch KGN86VWE0N refrigerator through İdefix, and it was installed in Keçiören, Ankara the following day. From the very first day, I noticed that a part near the motor was broken off. About two weeks later, the door also began making a clicking noise every time it closed. When I called for service, they dismissed the broken part by saying it “doesn’t belong there,” even though its place and screw position were clearly visible. For the door issue, they blamed me for “putting too much weight on it,” even though I only store a few basic groceries. In addition, the plastic cover over one of the screws on the door was broken, and I was told this is not covered by warranty and would cost 200 TL to replace. To make matters worse, the refrigerator arrived in a dirty and greasy condition, which took a lot of effort to clean. When I later spoke with a Bosch dealer, they even suggested that I may have been sent a display unit, and confirmed that the door noise was not normal. Overall, the lack of accountability from both the service team and customer support has been extremely disappointing and unworthy of a brand like Bosch. I consider this refrigerator to be defective and I am demanding a full replacement.
