Bosch KGN86VWEON Refrigerator Door Seal Loosens – Need a Solution

I recently purchased a Bosch KGN86VWEON refrigerator, but I have been facing an issue with the door seal loosening every time the door is opened and closed due to air circulation.

I reported this problem to Bosch service, but they dismissed it as "normal." However, when I consulted another retailer, they explained that this issue only occurs in models assembled in Turkey, while higher-end models fully assembled abroad do not have this problem. They even demonstrated this difference to me.

Now, if I request another service visit, I will likely be charged a fee, only to be told that this isn't a defect. This is unacceptable. Bosch, I expect a proper resolution! I purchased this appliance with trust in the brand, and I demand a fix for this design flaw.

"After the sensor and card replacement, which had no benefit and I paid for, the screen was also replaced and the freezer cooling finally returned to normal. The white standby LED on the screen was not lit on the old screen, meaning the screen was faulty from the beginning, but other parts were unnecessarily replaced. Home Connect still doesn't work and a fee of 6,500 TL was requested, claiming that the malfunction was resolved. There are new and guaranteed refrigerators in the 15-20 thousand TL range! Home Connect still doesn't work! In short, if your Bosch brand refrigerator malfunctions, throw it away and research well before purchasing to see which brand will provide you with better support. If the top series refrigerator of a company that claims to sell high quality breaks down in 5 years, we should take this into account in our new purchases..."
