When the refrigerator with the model code Bosch KGN76CIE0N, purchased on 04.12.2023, was delivered to me, there were scratches on the lower freezer door, upper refrigerator door, and dents on the right and left side panels. When we reported these errors to the authorized service, they replaced the bottom freezer door. However, after the replacement, we noticed that the top cover and the bottom freezer door were not aligned; the bottom door was further forward than the top door. No action was taken to correct this issue, and my requests regarding the dents on the side panels were dismissed, with the service claiming these dents were normal. I reject this explanation; a defective product was sold to me. Bosch Customer Service states there is nothing they can do because the materials on the right and left side panels are not changed. Despite choosing Bosch for its reliability, we are deeply disappointed. There is currently a defective product in my house, costing exactly 39000 TL.
