Bosch Dishwasher Dishwashing Problems Not Resolved

Hello, my name is Y*** D****. In December 2022, I bought all of my household appliances from the Bosch store, which was labeled as a global Bosch brand. However, since I purchased them, the dishwasher has begun to rust the dishes. I made contact with the authorized service. They contacted me prior to their visit and inquired about the error. They stated that the error was caused by the electrical network being grounded prior to their arrival. And this was without having checked the machine. I called again when the problem did not go away. This time they came, measured, and stated once more that the problem was with the electricity. I'm baffled because I've never had such problems with another brand. My house is only 5 years old, and I installed all of the equipment myself as an electrician. What I built in my house meets, if not exceeds, the standards for a 12-story building (my house has only three floors). I called the service again and told them there was no problem in the pipeline, but they refused. They claim that the grounding is insufficient but fail to provide values that should be written down. All of my stainless steel dishes were rusted and had to be discarded. I lost about 20,000 and continue to be harmed. I assumed it was a "world brand," but we couldn't find anyone in charge and received no response. The service you hired shifts responsibility in the opposite direction, making various excuses. I understand that what is written here will have no effect, and that you will not take any action to solve my problem.
