Pegasus Lost Baggage On the Flight - No Update Given

On 21 January 2026 I travelled with Pegasus on flight PC 1526 from Madrid to Izmir. After the flight I could not find my baggage and I was informed that it was lost or possibly stolen. At the airport I immediately filed a baggage irregularity report with reference number ADBPC45993. Since that date I have only been waiting and I have not received any meaningful update or solution regarding my baggage. The items inside the bag are gifts and have high personal value for me, so the situation is very upsetting. I kindly request that my baggage be urgently located and delivered to me as soon as possible, and that I am kept clearly and regularly informed about each step of the investigation process.
