BDG Game UPI Deposit Debited Via MobiKwik But Not Credited

I am writing regarding a problem with a missing deposit on the BDG Game website. On 20 January 2026 at around 10:32 p.m., I deposited 500 INR to my BDG Game account via UPI using the MobiKwik application. Although the amount was successfully debited from my MobiKwik account, it has still not been credited to my BDG Game balance. My BDG Game account is registered under the user ID 20439***. I have already contacted BDG Game customer support about this issue, but despite this, my 500 INR deposit has not been reflected in my account. I kindly request that my 500 INR deposit made on 20 January 2026 at 10:32 p.m. via UPI/MobiKwik be located and immediately credited to my BDG Game account or, if this is not possible, that the full amount be refunded to my original payment method.
