Bosch Dishwasher Rusting But Warranty Denied
I am writing here not to find a solution to my complaint (because they stated that they will not solve it), but to raise consumer awareness, so that those who will shop from this brand from now on will be informed and act accordingly. Since 2009, all white goods and small household appliances in my home have been Bosch brand. Because I was satisfied with their products, I renewed my refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher with the Bosch brand in 2019. The exterior of the dishwasher started to rust this year. Customer services stated that the corrosion of this part will be replaced only for a fee since the warranty period has expired. It's not a big deal to me, they lost a customer and I will talk about it on all platforms and media I can. Those who buy products from this brand should take this into consideration.
