TikTok Account Stuck In Wrong Region Russia - Interface Broken In Kazakhstan

I am experiencing a serious regional and functionality problem with my TikTok account, which I would like to be escalated to a human agent. My account @ulan_talgatuly is incorrectly treated as if it were in Russia, although I live in Kazakhstan. This issue started about a week ago and has not been resolved since. When I am logged in, the application is stuck on an old version: the interface is outdated, the search function does not work, the subscriptions tab is completely empty, and I only see Russian content. This problem occurs both on my iPhone and on PC when I log into my account. However, if I use TikTok without logging in, everything works correctly, which clearly indicates that the problem is tied specifically to my account and not to my device, VPN, or network. My account is incorrectly locked to the wrong region and is running an old, limited version of TikTok, which prevents me from using the platform normally. I respectfully request that this case be escalated to a human specialist, my account be checked on your side, and my region and interface be reset so that my account works correctly in Kazakhstan with the current version of the app, working search, visible subscriptions, and relevant local content.
