Bosch SMS43D12 Dishwasher Rust Problem! Chronic Rack Rust Despite Proper Use

I have been experiencing a rusting problem on the rack wires of my Bosch SMS43D12 dishwasher for about a year. I have only used the Finish brand detergents recommended by Bosch and have taken good care of the machine, yet the wires have started to rust. While my friend’s 25-year-old dishwasher from another brand has never had such an issue, I have learned that this problem is quite common with Bosch dishwashers. I bought all my home appliances trusting in Bosch’s quality, and I am very disappointed by this situation. When I contacted customer service about the issue, I was told that replacing the rack would cost ₺5,000, and if the service team comes to my home, there would be an additional ₺700 service fee. They said if I collect the rack myself, I would only have to pay ₺5,000. I cannot afford such a high amount, and this issue has shaken my trust in the brand. Although my machine is no longer under warranty, since this is a chronic problem that occurred despite proper use and using only the recommended products, I request a free rack replacement from Bosch. I kindly ask for my grievance to be resolved.
