Need Refund And Booking.com Is Being Difficult About This
I made a reservation through Booking.com for WoodSpring Suites in Bradenton, Florida, with check‑in on January 30 and a planned check‑out on February 21. However, I checked out early on February 11 and did not stay at the property between February 11 and February 21. For these 10 unused nights I am requesting a refund of approximately $1,000. During my attempts to resolve this, I contacted Booking.com customer service. In my first call, after waiting on hold for about 20 minutes, the representative I was speaking with hung up on me. I later called again but was kept on hold for an excessively long time and could not get proper assistance. I am asking for a review of my reservation and billing for confirmation number 6993845390 and for Booking.com to refund the charges for the 10 nights after my early check‑out on February 11. I would like this issue to be resolved and the refund processed as soon as possible.
