Booking.com Refund Delay for Atlas Suites Hotel in Greece
I booked a reservation for Atlas Suites Hotel in Greece through Booking.com with an option for free cancellation within a specified period. However, the hotel charged my card during this period and has yet to issue a refund. Booking.com's website initially stated that refunds are processed within 7–12 days, but later claimed it could take up to 15 business days. It has now been over a month since my reservation was canceled on November 15, and I still haven’t received my money back.
To make matters worse, Booking.com customer service has been unresponsive to my messages and seems to handle communication primarily via Twitter. This lack of transparency and delayed resolution is unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund and a clear explanation for this mishandling. Let this serve as a warning for others using Booking.com.
