I Travel Often with Booking but Never Receive Discount Codes Despite Being Level 4
I’ve been using Booking.com for years and have reached Level 4 in their loyalty program, yet I’ve never received a single discount code. It makes no sense. What’s the criteria for sending these codes? They seem to go to people who don’t even travel, and then those codes just get passed around online.
As a frequent traveler who actually books and stays through the platform, I find this incredibly unfair. If anyone deserves to receive discount codes, it should be loyal users like me—not inactive accounts.
Right now, I want to make a reservation, but I don’t have access to any promotional codes. Booking.com, please explain how this system works and start rewarding real customers who actively use your platform. I expect a fair system and access to the benefits I’ve earned.
