Booking.com Account Closed Without Explanation, Genius Level 2 Rights Lost

Three days ago, my Booking.com account was closed without any explanation, and since then I have not received any response. Before the account was closed, I had already checked into a hotel reservation, and I had no other pending bookings.
When I tried to log in, I was only given the option to submit a written message for contact, which I did, but I never received any reply. I was a Genius Level 2 member and had accumulated benefits in my account. In addition, I wanted to leave a review about the hotel where I stayed because it had violated Booking.com’s rules, but I can’t do so since my account has been shut down. This situation has caused me real inconvenience.
I request that my account be reactivated, that I receive a detailed explanation regarding why it was closed, that all of my accumulated rights be preserved, and that my ability to leave a review about the hotel be restored.
