I Can’t Cancel My Free Booking as a Genius Level 3 User on Booking.com

I’m a Genius Level 3 member on Booking.com and have made hundreds of reservations through the platform over the years. Despite having free cancellation on several upcoming bookings, the system is not allowing me to cancel them. This is unacceptable and completely out of line with what Booking.com promises its loyal users.
I’ve tried to reach Booking.com customer service multiple times through their Turkey 800-number, but no one ever answers. When I try to get help through the app or website, I’m constantly redirected to contact the hotels directly—even though the reservations were made through Booking.com and are supposed to be managed on the platform. Shockingly, I couldn’t even find an official email address to reach them.
There is no dedicated support representative available for such urgent issues. The platform’s refusal to provide basic assistance is beyond frustrating and unprofessional. I am potentially facing a loss of ₺800,000 due to these reservations not being canceled on time. This could have massive financial consequences for me.
