Unable to Reach Booking.com Support – Requesting Help to Resolve Case
I am really dissatisfied with Booking.com's lack of communication over an issue with a recent visit. I submitted a complaint to resolve the issue, but all I've received are automated responses asking for the confirmation code, which I've already supplied several times.
Despite giving all needed information, there has been no update or resolution in my case. Today, I received an email from n****@booking.com** indicating a message had been sent, but there is no apparent message when I log in.
I really need to speak with someone to handle this situation. Booking.com's lack of responsiveness is unacceptable, and I anticipate receiving immediate assistance to remedy this situation. Please resolve this as soon as possible.
