My Booking.com Account Was Locked Despite Clean History and Genius Status
I’ve been a loyal Booking.com user, with nearly 10 successful reservations completed through my account over time. I’ve never had any issues or policy violations, and I even reached a certain Genius level based on my consistent and problem-free activity.
However, when I recently tried to log into my account, I received a message saying that access was blocked due to security reasons. This came out of nowhere—no prior warning, no suspicious activity on my part, and no explanation.
I’m requesting an immediate review of my account status, and I want to be informed about the exact reason why my account has been locked. I’ve earned my standing on the platform fairly, and it’s extremely frustrating to be suddenly cut off without cause or communication.
Please reinstate my account access or provide a clear explanation if there was a misunderstanding. I expect Booking.com to treat loyal users with transparency and fairness.
