I Paid for My Samos Car Rental via Booking.com but Never Received the Vehicle
I booked and fully paid for a rental car through Booking.com with Autounion in Samos, confirmation number 743617832. Despite completing the payment in advance and receiving confirmation, the car was never delivered to me. I was left completely stranded and without transportation.
I followed every step properly and made the reservation directly through Booking.com, expecting a reliable and professional service. Instead, I was left without a vehicle, with no explanation or support on-site. This situation caused me serious inconvenience and stress during my trip.
I demand a full refund in ₺ for the undelivered service, as well as proper acknowledgment from Booking.com for their role in this issue. Customers should never be left helpless after trusting a major platform to coordinate essential services like car rentals. Booking.com must take responsibility and ensure that this kind of negligence doesn’t happen to others.
