I Booked a Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh on Booking.com but Got No All-Inclusive Services

I made a hotel reservation through Booking.com for my stay in Sharm El Sheikh, expecting the standard amenities provided to other guests. However, upon arrival, I was shocked to hear from the front desk that my booking only covered lodging, with no meals, drinks, or additional services included. This was never clearly stated during the booking process.
Meanwhile, every other guest at the hotel is enjoying all-inclusive benefits, making me feel excluded and deceived. I’m currently sitting in the hotel, watching others dine and enjoy amenities I thought were part of my stay.
I trusted Booking.com to provide accurate and transparent information, especially about critical details like the package type. I urgently request that Booking.com correct this error or compensate me appropriately. As a paying guest, I expect the same level of service advertised and provided to others. Please resolve this immediately.
