Telegram Account Recovery And Remove Email

Today I realized that there is an unknown email address linked to my Telegram account, which I use with the phone number +971507405***. This email address does not belong to me and I do not recognize it. When I tried to check and secure my account, I was unable to log in because Telegram started showing the warning “too many attempts.” For this reason, I cannot access my account or see where exactly this unknown email is connected, and I am worried that someone else may have linked their email to my account without my permission. I kindly request that my account be checked urgently, the unknown email address be removed, and my Telegram account be secured and kept only under my own phone number. I also ask to be informed about how this email could have been linked to my account and what steps I should follow to protect my account better in the future.
