Adidas Runfalcon 5 Shoes Torn Within Warranty

I bought an Adidas Runfalcon 5 running shoe from Boyner online store, which was delivered to me on 5 May 2025. I used the shoes only for daily use, not for performance running, and despite this light use, a tearing occurred in the folding area in April 2026. Since the product is still within the warranty period, I applied to a Boyner store and the shoes were sent for inspection. However, my warranty request was rejected and the tearing was not considered within the scope of the warranty. I do not find this decision fair because such damage should not occur in this time frame and under these usage conditions in a branded running shoe. I request that my Adidas Runfalcon 5 shoes be re-evaluated and that a product exchange or a refund be provided.
