I Booked a Meal-Inclusive Room on Booking But Only Got Room-Only in Sharm El Sheikh

I booked a hotel in Sharm El Sheikh via Booking.com, clearly selecting a meal-included option (at the very least, breakfast), and completed the full payment in advance. However, upon arrival at the hotel, I was told that my reservation only covers the room — no meals included. This was shocking and extremely disappointing.
The entire reason I chose this hotel was because meals were part of the package. Now I’m forced to pay extra to eat at the hotel restaurant, which is not what I agreed to. I'm currently still staying at the hotel and there’s been no clarification or resolution from Booking.com regarding the missing meal inclusion.
We trusted Booking.com for its reliability, but this experience has completely undermined that trust. I’m requesting immediate support and a refund for the meals that were supposed to be included. At the very least, Booking should contact the hotel and honor the original reservation terms. I should not be paying out of pocket for services I already paid for. Please take action to resolve this situation urgently.
