Collision Hotel Stirling Scotland Refund From Booking.com
I made a reservation through Booking.com for Collision Hotel in Stirling, Scotland, for a stay between 13 December and 15 December 2025. I cancelled this first booking on 12 December 2025 and then rebooked my stay directly with the hotel from 15 December to 17 December 2025, which I paid for directly to the hotel. Despite cancelling the first reservation, £175 was taken from my bank account on 30 November 2025 for this original booking. I contacted the hotel about this issue, and they confirmed that they had a record of my cancellation. However, because the original reservation was made through Booking.com, they informed me that I needed to contact your company regarding the charge. At the moment I do not have the Booking.com reservation number, but the payment of £175 can be seen as a card transaction from my bank account dated 30 November 2025. I kindly request a full refund of the £175 that was charged for the cancelled booking, as I did not stay at the hotel under that original reservation and had properly cancelled it.
