I am absolutely furious with Booking.com! We made an international hotel reservation and paid for it through your mobile app. But when we arrived at the supposed hotel on the scheduled date, the receptionist told us it wasn't a hotel at all, but an apartment building, and we needed to contact the apartment owner!
We tried desperately to reach any Booking.com representative, but we couldn't get through to anyone, and our calls to their phone numbers went unanswered. To avoid wasting more time, we were forced to book another hotel through Booking.com for the same dates to ensure we had a place to stay. We completed our vacation, but the nightmare didn't end there.
Despite sending countless messages and refund requests to Booking.com after our trip, we received zero human response—only automated bot replies.
