Booking.com Sands Of Kahana Dirty Room And Poor Customer Support
I stayed at Sands of Kahana Vacation Club from May 13 to May 16 and was very disappointed with the condition of the room and the attitude at the front desk. The room was dirty when I checked in, which made the stay uncomfortable and far below the standard I expected. When I went to the front desk for help about the situation, the person there was not helpful and did not make any real effort to resolve my concerns. During my stay I reported these issues, but nothing was done that actually addressed the dirty room or the unhelpful behavior. I paid a total of $100 for this stay, and given the poor condition of the room and the lack of support from the staff, I do not feel that I received the service I paid for. I am requesting a full refund of the $100 I paid for the May 13–16 stay at Sands of Kahana Vacation Club due to the dirty room and the unhelpful response from the front desk, and I would like the company to review how such complaints are handled so that other guests do not have the same experience.
