Booking.com Won’t Refund My DaVinci Beach Hotel Stay Despite Filthy Conditions
I booked a stay at DaVinci Beach Hotel in Hurghada, Egypt, through Booking.com. However, when I arrived, the hotel was in terrible condition—the floors were dirty, the sheets were stained, and the pillows had a terrible smell. It was completely unacceptable, so I left the hotel within an hour without staying the night.
The hotel promised to refund my payment for the two-night stay, but they never did. When I contacted Booking.com, they showed no real interest in resolving the issue. I don’t know if this will be fixed, but people need to know how Booking.com handles complaints.
I demand an immediate refund for the unusable stay. Booking.com must take responsibility and ensure refunds for such unacceptable accommodations!
