I made a reservation through Booking.com for Sands of Kahana Vacation Club for the dates May 13 to May 16. During my stay, I encountered serious cleanliness and service issues that made the accommodation unacceptable. The room I was given was dirty, and despite this, the front desk staff was not helpful when I raised my concerns. I reported the situation and was told that they would get back to me, but nothing meaningful was done to resolve the problem during my stay. Due to the dirty condition of the room and the unhelpful attitude at the front desk, I am very disappointed with this experience. I request a full refund for my stay between May 13 and May 16, as the service and room conditions were far below what was promised when I booked through Booking.com.
