Booking.com Rezervasyon İptali Sonrası Geciken İade Ve Mağduriyet

I made a reservation through Booking.com for the Nice Excelsior Centre Ville by Happyculture hotel in Nice, France for the dates December 28–January 2, and as soon as the payment was charged to my card, the system displayed a message saying my reservation had been canceled, and I was unable to use the stay.
Although $801 was charged from my account, and the cancellation was due to their own system error, I was told to wait 7–12 days for the refund. Canceling the reservation unilaterally and then holding a significant amount of my money for days without access is, in my view, unacceptable.
I demand that Booking.com immediately and fully refund the $801 charged to me, and also make an additional compensation payment for the distress and inconvenience caused.
