Booking.com Refund Delay for Canceled Hotel Reservation at Hotel de Neuve


I made a reservation through Booking.com for Hotel de Neuve by Happyculture in France from February 11, 2025, to February 16, 2025, with confirmation number 4409359707. A prepayment of €174.60 was charged at the time of booking.
During my conversation with customer service, I was assured that if I canceled before February 8, 2025 (Paris local time, 00:00), I would receive a full refund. Due to a change in our travel plans, I canceled the reservation four days before the deadline. However, I have yet to receive the refund.
This delay is completely unacceptable. I followed the cancellation policy exactly as instructed, yet my money has not been returned. I urgently request an immediate refund. Booking.com and the hotel must take responsibility and process the refund without further delays.
