Booking.com Reservation Issue in Dubai – Refund of 81.65 AED Still Not Received

On August 26–30, 2024, I booked a stay at Elegant 4BR High-Rise Overlooking Burj Khalifa & Fountains in Dubai through Booking.com (Reservation No: 6198263159) and paid a total of 252.08 AED.

When I arrived at the property late at night, the hotel staff did not allow me to check in for the first night. They told me my reservation would be updated and that the 81.65 AED fee for the first night would be refunded. However, despite the time that has passed, no refund has been issued.

I have sent multiple messages via Booking.com regarding this issue but received no response. I also called the customer service center, but after being on hold for 20 minutes, I was still unable to reach anyone. I even tried to resolve the matter directly with the hotel, but no result was provided.

This experience has caused me serious inconvenience and financial loss. I demand the immediate refund of the 81.65 AED owed to me and an official apology for the negative experience and lack of customer support.

Booking.com must take responsibility and ensure that customers are not left waiting indefinitely for rightful refunds.
