Booking.com Reservation Cancellation and Refund Issue

Hello, the management of the hotel I stayed at was very poor. I have never encountered such a situation before. I have stayed at many hotels on different sites and have worked in the tourism and hotel industry for many years. Hotel guests have the right to dislike a room and request a change. I have claustrophobia, the room is very small, it triggers panic attacks and is not a room where I can sleep comfortably. So what's the point of staying? It's literally like a coffin or a prison. Even the windows are covered with paper and it's too uncomfortable to move. The room is so small that I would have to sleep with my suitcases. There is no air conditioning or television in the summer. There isn't even a place to sit outside the room in the hotel. It is extremely uncomfortable and disturbing for its price. I am a tourist and couldn't understand from the photos of the room because I had never seen it before. In such exceptional cases, the business should have a solution, but this business had no solution. I asked for another room that I could pay the difference for. They said all rooms were full. I asked for my money back and when they said they would help me, I canceled to get my money back. My English and Spanish are not good. Seeing this, instead of helping me, they pretended to help and tried to give me the worst room I didn't want and offered no other options. When I misunderstood and canceled, instead of returning the room and correcting the mistake, they immediately said the room was sold to someone else and they wouldn't refund my money. When I looked online, I saw an empty room. They disappointed me. The service and customer satisfaction are very poor. I request that this grievance be resolved.
