Booking.com Reservation Canceled by Host, No Refund or Support Provided

Between September 23–26, I booked an apartment called Acropolis Sweet House 3 in the Plaka area of Athens through Booking.com (Reservation No: 6836715478). The reservation cost was around ₺15,000. However, starting from September 22, the host completely cut off communication with me, and I was unable to check into the apartment.
During this process, I called Booking.com customer service several times, but they did not treat the matter seriously and offered me no solution. Although Booking.com claimed they could reach the host, I never received my money back, nor was I provided with an alternative accommodation or transfer option. In the end, I had to resolve the problem myself and spent more than ₺22,000 on a new 3-night stay.
This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and I cannot accept that Booking.com failed to step in and protect my rights in this situation. I request that all of my losses be compensated and that the full amount I paid be refunded.
