On May 15, I booked a room at a hotel called Pink Mango in Athens through Booking.com. The listing clearly stated that the reservation was fully refundable and required no prepayment. However, just one day later, ₺10,000 was withdrawn from my account without warning.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t get my visa approved in time and had to cancel the reservation on May 31, well before the stay date. According to the policy, I should have received a full refund—but it never arrived.
What’s worse, Booking.com offers no customer support. No phone number, no real-time chat, and not even an email address I can contact. I’ve messaged through the platform multiple times and received no reply. The hotel itself doesn’t list a direct email, so I’m completely stuck.
I feel trapped and ignored, with no way to reclaim my money. I had trusted Booking.com for years, assuming it was a reliable and customer-focused service. But this experience has shown me otherwise.
I demand an immediate refund of my ₺10,000 and call on Booking.com to fix this deeply flawed support system. No customer should have to go through this.
