Booking.com Refund Not Received After 13 Days
I canceled my Booking.com reservation for Reef Oasis Blue Bay Resort SPA on October 5, 2024, the same day I booked it. Despite being informed that the cancellation fee would be refunded within 7-12 days, it's now the 13th day, and I still haven’t received the refund. My bank confirmed that there has been no refund notification from Booking.com. I request immediate action for my refund and a prompt update on the situation.
