Booking.com Charged Me $494 Without Consent and I Can’t Reach Their Support Team

On June 10, 2025 at 2:47 PM, a charge of $494.21 (₺) was made to my credit card by BKG*Hotel at Booking.C—completely without my permission. I received no verification code, no password prompt, and no booking confirmation. This transaction happened without any action from me, and the amount is currently listed as a pending pre-authorization.

I tried reaching out to Booking.com, but there is absolutely no working customer service number. Their support system is non-existent when something serious like this happens. I ended up contacting my bank, and they had to cancel my credit card to prevent further unauthorized charges.

This is extremely distressing. I never approved this booking, and no one should have access to charge my card without my explicit consent. I’m demanding an immediate refund of the ₺494.21 charge and a proper explanation of how this happened.

If anyone else has experienced a similar issue or successfully resolved it, please share your advice. Booking.com, you need to take responsibility and fix this now. We, your users, deserve transparency and support—not silence.
